Cancellation and Refund policy

All refunds and future credits are governed by the fare rules, policies, and procedures of the respective hotel suppliers.

  • You are eligible for a full refund only if your hotel booking is refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of the respective hotel before booking your stay.
  • Once issued, reservations are subject to the hotel’s rules and may be either refundable or non-refundable.
  • Hotels may impose penalties on refundable fares for cancellations.
  • All service fees charged by Tridendrooms after booking are non-refundable and are subject to change without prior notice. Government-imposed taxes may also change.
  • Refunds are available only if our hotel suppliers' fare rules permit cancellation and refund, and your refund request has been approved by us.
  • Most hotel bookings, vacation packages, and service fees are refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the original booking. However, the service fee charged by Tridendrooms is non-refundable.
  • Note that most “no shows” are not eligible for any refund waivers from suppliers. If a customer does not check in to the hotel before the scheduled time, they are not entitled to any refund.
  • Refunds may also be possible if Tridendrooms is able to secure waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to be accepted.

Refund requests for cancellations will be evaluated under the following conditions:

  • You have submitted a cancellation and refund request with us, and the fare rules permit cancellations and refunds.
  • The request aligns with the terms and conditions of our hotel products and services.
  • You are not marked as a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing).
  • We are able to secure waivers from hotel suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.

The timeline for processing refunds on cancellations is not guaranteed. Once our customer agent receives your cancellation and refund request, we will send an acknowledgment email with your request tracking number. This confirmation indicates that we have received your request but does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.

Afterward, we will contact hotel suppliers to request a waiver based on their rules and inform you of their decision.

If the suppliers approve the refund, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

This entire process may take 60-90 days from the receipt of your request to the credit appearing on your statement. In addition to any penalties imposed by hotels or other suppliers, we will charge a post-booking service fee, which is non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.

All government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount as displayed.

Tridendrooms does not cover Low-Cost Hotel Chains (LCHs) under its cancellation and refund policy. This means that all bookings with Low-Cost Hotel Chains are non-refundable, even if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the original booking.
